Pacific RainTM Collars are all handmade in Washington State.  We use only the finest trims and webbing.  All styles are lined with matching high quality imitation fur. 

Our hardware is picked for quality and beauty.  We use Brass, stainless steel and high quality plastic.

All collars are hand wash or you can machine wash on delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry. Do not place in the dryer.

At this time we do not make any breakaway collars for cats.  We DO NOT recommend Pacific RainTM Collars for your cats.
